Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. LANSLOT is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

5-Day Return Policy

We offer a 5-Day Return Policy for eligible products.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
  • After inspection of the returned item, eligible refunds or replacements will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
